Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
Delicate Delights ships macarons and gourmet cookies across Oklahoma using USPS.
Orders are shipped using 2 day priority shipping.
Orders can be placed Monday through Thursday at 12 p.m. CST.
Orders placed after Thursday at 12 p.m. CST will be shipped the following Monday-Thursday.
Delicate Delights does not ship on Holidays. If an order is placed on a holiday, it will be shipped the following Monday-Thursday.
Shipments can only be delivered to a physical address. If an order is placed with PO Box, shipped items could be delayed.
Be sure to provide your completed address. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and relabeling.
Shipping charges and product charges will not be refunded due to late deliveries or USPS errors.
Estimated deliveries do not consider weather conditions. This may reesult in longer shipping times.
Quality
We pack our macarons in a bubble mailer complete with an ice pack to guarantee freshness upon arrival. Once your package is received, please remove your macarons and place them in the fridge to keep macarons fresh past delivery date.
We package our gourmet cookies in their own sealed package to guarantee freshness upon arrival.
We have spent an enormous amount of time researching and trialing the shipment of our macarons and cookies. We hope they get to you in one piece. With that being said, sometimes our products might be cracked or broken upon arrival. Luckily, they will still taste delicious!
Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with your package from Delicate Delights Baking Co. Due to the nature of our fresh baked goods, there are some restrictions regarding cancellations and refunds.
Refunds will be subject to the owners discretion. Refunds will not be issued for orders that have been cancelled within 48 hours of preparation. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color, general design will not be accepted. If unhappy with any of the designs upon pick up, we may be able to make adjustments if time allows for a change.
Refunds due to quality of flavor will not be accepted.
Once our baked goods are picked up, we are not responsible for any damages to your product. Refunds will not be issued after the product has been fully consumed.
Refunds are to only be issued within 48 hours of pick up and will be for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
