Wedding Cake Disclaimer
Our wedding package includes a wedding cake sample box, local wedding cake delivery, and local set up.
Allergy Information: Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. While we take precautions, cross- contamination is possible.
Design Variations: While we make every effort to match your desired design, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our cakes. Colors may also vary slightly due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions.
Delivery and Setup: Delivery and Setup fees vary based on location and complexity. We are not responsible for any damages to the cake after set up is complete. Please ensure the venue is ready for cake delivery at the agreed time.
Storage and Consumption: Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within 48 hours for optimal freshness. We recommend refrigerating cakes in warm weather. Cakes set up outside in the heat are subject to melting in high temperatures. Delicate Delights cannot be held liable for any melting, sliding, or other damages caused by heat or outdoor conditions.
Payment: Payment for wedding cake is due 2 weeks prior to date.
Changes to the cake: Any changes to the order must be made two weeks in advance to wedding date.
Non-edible Decorations: Some cakes may contain non-edible decorations such as supports, wires, or other elements. Please remove these before serving.
